RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:-

  • That the product once sold will not be taken back and there will not be return of the articles/goods once sold and no refund of money once sold, however subject to intimation of return and refund initiated within the period of 24 hours from booking, by providing the reason for seeking return/ refund.
  • Return of articles and refund of money will be at sole discretion of Website policies and terms and conditions and subject to final approval. 
  • On return of article, cartage expenses/ GR expenses and other delivery expenses shall be borne by customer and the same will be deducted from the refunded amount. 
  • You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased (less shipping charge). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card or paypal, once we receive the product we will credit your account. 
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 12 Hours of receipt of merchandise.

We recommend you to send via a reliable courier or speed post with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Pack the product in a slim pack with bubble packing so that they are safe during transit.

Award of Sole Arbitrator shall be binding and final. Venue of Arbitration shall be Delhi. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
